What happens after you send this
Your request arrives by email and a person reads it. We answer during business hours, and the first thing we do is call to check we have understood the building, then agree a time to come and look at it.
The walkthrough is where a real price comes from. We look at what the floors are made of, count restrooms and fixtures, find out where waste goes and how a crew gets in and out after hours. It takes about half an hour for a small building and it costs nothing. There is no obligation at the end of it, and no contract is drawn up before you have seen a written scope.
Nothing on this form books a crew or holds a date. It starts a conversation, which is how commercial cleaning is actually bought.
What to have ready
None of it is needed to send the form, but it makes the first call much shorter.
- Roughly how many people use the building on a normal day
- How many restrooms there are, and whether you buy consumables or want us to
- What the floors are, particularly where there is more than one surface
- The hours a crew can be on site, and how access and alarms work
- Whether you have a contractor now, and what you would change about them
How pricing works
Three things set a commercial cleaning price: how often we attend, how long a visit takes, and what periodic work sits on top of the nightly scope. Occupancy and restroom count drive the first two far more than floor area does, which is why a small suite often needs two or three nights rather than five.
Periodic work is quoted as its own line. Carpet extraction, hard floor machine work, high dusting and vent cleaning all run on their own cycles, and keeping them out of the nightly rate is what stops them being quietly dropped when a schedule tightens.
You get a written scope by area and frequency before anything is signed. If the building needs less than you asked for, we will tell you that too.

Prefer to talk it through? We answer during business hours and can quote most facilities over the phone.
