What happens after you send this
Your request reaches us by email and one of us reads it, not an auto-responder. We answer during business hours, and the first reply is a short call to confirm what you sent and to agree a time to walk the building.
The walkthrough is the part that matters. We look at the floors and what they are made of, count the restrooms and fixtures, check where waste goes, find out when we can get in and who locks up. That visit is free and it carries no obligation. Nearly every building we quote is priced from it rather than over the phone, because square footage on its own has never predicted what a building actually needs.
What to have ready
None of this is required to send the form, but having it to hand makes the first call shorter.
- Roughly how many people use the space on a normal day, which drives attendance far more than floor area does
- How many restrooms there are, and whether you supply consumables or want us to
- What the floors are, especially if there is more than one surface
- The hours a crew can be on site, and how access works after hours
- Anything the last contractor got wrong, which is usually the most useful thing you can tell us
How the price is set
Three things move a commercial cleaning quote: how often we attend, how long each visit takes, and what periodic work sits on top of the nightly scope. Restroom count and occupancy set the first two. Floor care, carpet extraction and high dusting are priced as their own lines so they cannot be quietly dropped when a schedule tightens.
You get a written scope by area and frequency, so what you are buying is on paper before anything is signed. If a building genuinely needs fewer nights than you expected, we will say so.
