What happens after you send this

One of us reads your request and calls during business hours to arrange a walkthrough of the suite. That visit is free, it takes about half an hour for a typical office, and it is where the scope is actually decided.

We walk the floor with you, count restrooms and fixtures, look at the kitchen and break areas, check the entry glass, and find out what time the last person leaves. Offices are quoted from that visit rather than from a floor plan, because the number of people using a suite predicts the work far better than its size does.

How office cleaning is priced

Attendance is the largest single factor, and it follows occupancy rather than floor plate. A small suite with one restroom commonly runs two or three nights a week rather than five, and we would rather scope the nights a building genuinely uses than sell five and let two of them coast. Restroom load usually sets the minimum whatever the size of the space.

Everything else sits on top of that: detail dusting and glass on a weekly pass, vents and baseboards monthly, carpet extraction and floor recoat quarterly. Keeping the periodic work out of the nightly rate is what stops it being skipped when a schedule gets tight.

Our staff are background-checked and trained before they are assigned to a site, and crews stay with their buildings rather than rotating. A crew that has worked a suite for a year knows the alarm sequence and which desk is never touched, and that is worth more than an extra half hour.
