What happens after you send this

A one-time job is scoped as a defined piece of work with a completion time, not as a nightly rate with a multiplier on it. So the first step is a call during business hours and then a visit, because the condition of the space is the whole price.

Move-outs, vacancy turnovers and post-construction cleans are all the same shape of job: a building that has to reach a specific standard by a specific date, once. We agree what that standard is and what date it has to be met, and quote against both.

How a one-time job is priced

Condition drives it more than area does. A unit that has stood empty for months needs more work than one vacated last week, because dust settles with nobody there to disturb it. Post-construction work is heavier again: fine dust reaches every ledge, every vent and the inside of every fixture, and it usually needs more than one pass before glass will come clean.

The scope normally covers floors taken back to a lettable condition, restrooms fully restored, kitchen and break areas degreased, interior glass and partitions cleaned, and marks removed from walls and doors wherever they will come out. Where a floor needs stripping and refinishing rather than cleaning, that is priced as its own line so you can see it.

We put a completion time against the job rather than an open-ended day rate, which is the part that matters when a lease date or a handover is driving it.
